In most cases, your doctor will send your FUROSCIX prescription to FUROSCIX Direct®. Your prescription can only be filled through FUROSCIX Direct—not your local pharmacy.

FUROSCIX Direct or a partner pharmacy will call and/or text you to confirm details such as your insurance information and mailing address.
Once the order has been processed, FUROSCIX will be delivered at no charge directly to your home.
Please note: If you are located in Puerto Rico, Alivia Specialty Pharmacy will coordinate your delivery of FUROSCIX and provide any additional support.

ENROLL NOW IN An optional MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN to help “Smooth” prescription costs
If you have Medicare Part D, you can manage your monthly prescription costs through the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P). The plan allows you to spread the cost of your prescriptions over the calendar year. With M3P, you could pay as little as $175/month.
Enroll in M3P by contacting your plan. You must contact your plan to participate; enrollment is not automatic.
MAXIMIZE YOUR BENEFIT
You can enroll in M3P at any time. However, to take full advantage of what M3P offers, you should enroll as early in the year as possible.
